- Give full details of requirements for each different nationality.
- Check and ensure the documentation & photographs received are as required and accurate.
- Complete & submit the application forms to the Registrar and Minister of Religion.
- Book & confirm the wedding ceremony on the date & at the time requested or as close as possible.
- Advise the Registrar & Minister of any special requirements the couple may have such as special words they may wish to say to each other etc.
- Reconfirm the arrangements with the Registrar & Minister close to the date of the ceremony.
- Provide a personal pre-wedding meeting if required - please call us upon arrival.
- Attend the ceremony to ensure its' smooth procedure and to act as coordinator/translator between yourselves and the Registrar, Minister, Photographer and other persons involved.
- Act as Witnesses if they have no friends travelling with them
